As a proxy hosting company we've only been running for a couple of months but we have years of experience in web hosting in general.

We offer 24/7 email support and we pride ourselves in being able provide swift and high quality tech support. This is not a 1-man operation i.e it's not just me doing the selling, setting up and support. I am one of the 3 partners in this business and we operate our data centre which is located in California. All equipment we use is ours - we do not resell.

Well, you simply cannot oversell in the Proxy Hosting business and be a reliable host. If you charge low prices and oversell bandwidth you'll soon find out that you have to pay out of your pocket and eventually close down your operations.
If you allow too many add on domains then servers will slow down and proxy admins will complain . Same goes with disk space: I cannot offer much space with this price (anyway proxies don't need much) because we have RAID 10 which is not cheap!

So basically we have competitive prices but no rock bottom since that would come to the detriment of product quality and service.

I agree. Well just sad that lots of ppl oversell for proxy hosting in DP. People like going for cheap stuff..and that kicks quality hosting out of DP =/
