What ads do you show on your proxified pages?

I'm trying to find the best ads for my proxified pages. Ideally, I would like a CPC banner under the URL form at the top, and a CPM ad in the footer.

I've signed up for Adbrite and I have a 720x90 at the top now...

What do you all use?

I use Canep, FoA, Bannerconnect, MediaShakers, Global Interactive, Adbrite & NeverBlue. If you can get into Adversal (pop-ups) I would use that, people usually make way more with them than they do with Adsense on their main page.
