well they way i do it, is this way;
1) Once you have the window open that you want to capture press "Alt + Print SCreen"
2) Open Microsoft Paint (run->mspaint->enter)
3) Press Ctrl + V and it should paste your screenshot there
4) Save it as a jpeg picture and there you go!

Gamecam and Fraps are probably a bit to much for what you need to do

SnippingTools will do the job just fine or you just press 'alt' and 'print screen' and the active screen will be captured.

remeber that not everyone has vista, does XP have snipping tool i cant remeber been using vista a while now

If that is all your doing then Print screen will do, just hit print screen, open up Windows paint and Paste it and save. Rinse and repeat..

It can be downloaded for XP.

Alt+Print Screen also works in XP.

This is what I need, I did what you explained above and saved as a jpeg no problem there but If I can ask how do you get it to upload to the auction site? they ask for the url where the image is? thats my problem now! with out taking to much of your time can you explain how to get it uploaded? Thanks for the help!!

Just upload to a image hosting site, or upload it to your own hosting and get the url and put it in.
