I've used it on the proxied pages also, but you have to create new channel for each site you use the code on. So if you like 50 proxies its a bit of pain. They also send warning emails if the same IP is clicking on the ads, so repeat visitors coming to your site and clicking on yoru ads everyday will get you those emails, So I never bothered with it. If they ever get rid of those policies, I would consider using Bidvertiser again.

yeah that was the point I stopped using bidvertiser, but maybe an idea to experiment with them a little to learn how the ad convert on proxifed pages...

I have actually heard really good results for some reason with bidvertiser ads on proxified
pages.
