Site is extremely slow... but once it was loaded...

Hmmm...

OR Something is wrong with the .css...

OR, you need to CHMOD this file to 777:
You must set the ad_network_ads_269.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

both files are fine (tested them local)

I think the browser stops parsing css/html because the server is to slow.

Get better hosting... (think about to try the hosting from this forums owner, I think he will be VERY helpful to members )

Well yeah.. your server needs to be optimized for proxies

A cheaper/better thing could be using monsterprox.com or TMZHosting.com
They have the best servers around
And if you can afford a bit more, techentrance.com does great things too

If you use this server solely for proxies, just remove all the crap like cpanel.

eh.. still... unless you've got a lot of proxies (or a few that get massive traffic), and are making a good amount of coin, dedicated is an expencive way to go. There just isn't as much money in proxies as there used to be.

If you are just starting out, I'd definatley recomend starting with a smaller proxy-specialised host like MonsterProx
