Advertisers for bad traffic?

Hello,
Can someone list all the best advertisers for traffic from Iran, China, Saudi Arabia etc?

I get tons of these on one site (specially made for these countries) but costs are currently $10,- higher than the earnings.. (wasn't like that before)

Now I'm searching for some more advertisers, they might pay low etc... eventually surveys are alright too...

cpx or morningfalls will both accept anything but cpms are so low it's almost pointless, some publishers resort to crowding 3 banners on a page to multiply earnings 3xs

you might net $0.03 cpm with 3 banners per page but who can bear a .01 cpm per imp

this is great, I block them always (show them some default page with one ad)

I redirect them to a site a friend owns and can use this bad traffic He's quite happy with even this "bad traffic"

Portion of that traffic i redirect to a generic page telling the service is not available to their country.
