I have blocked all china and iran traffic.

will the smart pricing from adsense automatically fix its self ?

Yep, give it 7days to 1 month. The thing about smart pricing is sometimes it affects only the site itself while at times it may affect your entire adsense account. But once you block those low quality traffic and add in unique content to your proxies, you should start seeing some good CPC clicks coming in. Again I emphasize, if you wanna see $1+ per click on proxies, you need to have text with high paying keywords in them. Don't expect to get $1+ clicks on a proxy with no text on it but just ads.

Just take those generic keywords such as mortgage refinance, auto insurance, loan consolidation. Pick those keywords which are more relevant to your proxy traffic. For workers, they would be more interested in stuff like mortgage, auto, insurance. For students, student loans, insurance etc would be better. When you get ads such as these kind, chances are your CTR% will go down greatly but the $1-$2+ per click is gonna yield you even more profits than getting 50 clicks and only $5.

People doesn't click on non related ads... (that's what I learned)

Yes, that is true. Pick a keyword that is related to your niche. If proxy, you might want to pick something related to social networking.

I get very low CTR personally, however the returns per click is way higher and that increases my proxy income overall.

Ive not changed any of the keywords or descriptions.

i want to see what effects blocking the traffic has on the domains.

Well so far, no change, I have dropped over 3/4 of my traffic!
(since the block)
